Today, the California Strategic Growth Council unanimously approved the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Round 10 Guidelines. They are now posted on the AHSC webpage along with supplemental application materials.
The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) and application workbook are scheduled to be posted on March 4. The application period will remain open for 60 days thereafter.
Watch SGC’s webpage and the California Housing and Community Development’s AHSC webpage for further updates and to access the NOFA once it is available. AHSC will also host two in-person NOFA workshops in the coming weeks and make available a virtual recording. Additional information, including workshop dates and details, will be posted on their website.
The AHSC Round 10 supplemental application materials include required application components and instructional resources such as the Narrative Response Rubric, Project Area Mapping Guidance and video tutorial, Greenhouse Gas Calculator Tool video tutorial, and other reference materials.
Applicants can submit questions about the Guidelines, application requirements, and the Round 10 process. Responses to submitted inquiries are typically provided within four business days. We will answer questions until one week prior to the application deadline.
