SGC staff will post the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program (AHSC) Round 8 materials below as they become available. Staff presented the Final Guidelines to the Strategic Growth Council for approval at the Strategic Growth Council's public meeting on December 14, 2023. The California Department of Housing and Community Development issued a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) in January 2024. Applications are due on March 19, 2024 by 4:00 p.m. PST.
