Announcement Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Round 10 Notice of Funding Availability Workshops

The Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Team will host two Round 10 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) workshops to present the Round 10 Guidelines, scoring, the application workbook and portal, and more.

The workshops will be in Sacramento and Altadena, and they will include members of the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), California Strategic Growth Council (SGC), and California Air Resources Board (CARB). The Sacramento workshop will also have a virtual participation option. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers at the end of the workshops. 

This could be among the final opportunities applicants will have to connect with AHSC Team members before the application due date of May 4, 2026, at 4 p.m. 

The workshop details are below: 

Northern California: (In-Person / Virtual)

Round 10 Application Deadline 
A reminder that the Round 10 AHSC application period is now open, and the deadline to apply is Monday, May 4, 2026, by 4 p.m. PT. You can find the application workbook and portal on HCD’s AHSC webpage, and you can find the Guidelines and supplemental application materials on SGC’s AHSC webpage
