Announcement Request for Information for Implementation Technical Assistance to Support the TCC and CRC Programs

The California Strategic Growth Council (SGC) has released a Request for Information (RFI) to inform future Implementation Technical Assistance (TA) offerings for the Transformative Climate Communities (TCC) and Community Resilience Centers (CRC) programs. SGC is seeking input from potential TA provider teams. SGC will host an informational webinar July 8 at 2:30 p.m. to discuss objectives for Implementation TA, including anticipated timelines, audience, TA provider expectations, and capacity needs.

Overview of Proposed Implementation Technical Assistance Program  

Implementation Technical Assistance (TA) would assist TCC Round 6 grantees and CRC Round 2 grantees in building capacity and implementing their grant-funded work. The TA will require a provider team with expertise to support SGC with:   

  • Providing grant administration and project management support to TCC and CRC grantees. 
  • Helping grantee teams establish efficient and sustainable systems and processes to conduct grant administration and complete projects outlined in Grant Agreements.   
  • Providing technical expertise in climate resilience, adaptation and mitigation planning, affordable housing, project and construction management, etc.
