CRC Round 2 Application Materials

Applications for CRC Round 2 are now open!

Review the Round 2 Final Guidelines, Submittable Instructions, and read this webpage in its entirety for before starting a CRC application.

*Important note: The Planning Grant and Implementation Grant Application Checklist and Question Preview documents (provided below) are meant to provide a general overview of the approximate content of the CRC application. Do not rely on a preview to develop your responses and application materials, as it may have differences and omissions from the actual application in Submittable. SGC will only accept applications that have been completed in Submittable.

Application Submission

All applications must be completed in and submitted via the online application platform, Submittable. Access the application in Submittable under the grant type sections below.  Before beginning an application in Submittable, review the Submittable Instructions.

For certain application components, applicants must download templates linked in Submittable, fill them out, and upload them to Submittable. Links to relevant templates are included throughout the Submittable application.
