The California Strategic Growth Council has released the final version of the Round 1 CRC Program Guidelines. The Guidelines
SGC released the Draft Guidelines in December 2022 for a 30-day public comment period. Over 750 comments received during the public comment period informed the Round 1 Final Guidelines, which were adopted by the Council in April 2023. Thank you to all who participated in this process. Your input is valuable and led to the development of a more comprehensive version of the final guidelines that addresses various community needs. CRC Round 1 Final Guidelines Webinar
This pre-recorded webinar provides a general overview of the CRC Round 1 Final Guidelines, focusing on the changes made to the draft. Additionally, this video shares a brief legislative history, summary of engagement, program overview, introductions to each of the three CRC grant types, a review of current application materials, an updated timeline, and concludes with a demo of the new CRC Webpage to help applicants navigate and access useful resources and materials.

Public Workshops
To collect feedback on the Draft Guidelines, CRC staff hosted five regional and two audience-specific virtual workshops during the public comment period. Over 350 people participated in this series and 750 comments were submitted. You can access recordings of the Statewide Workshop in English and Spanish on the SGC YouTube channel.
