Announcement Request for Proposals for New PACE Collaborative


SGC’s new Community Assistance for Climate Equity Program (CACE) seeks a consultant team to develop and implement a climate equity learning collaborative, aimed at expanding community-driven leadership to advance sustainability, health, and equity priorities. The Partners Advancing Climate Equity (PACE) program also involves providing technical assistance to emerging and established leaders across California to catalyze community-led change and help link state resources with local capacity needs.

SGC is seeking diverse teams with experience:

  • Developing and facilitating leadership development programs and curricula
  • Advancing principles of equity, collective impact, and power building
  • Working in or with coalitions on policy, systems, and environment change
