The California Strategic Growth Council (SGC) intends to request that the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) amend the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program (AHSC) issued on February 26, 2021 to reflect approximately additional $380 million revenues from recent Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund auctions to reflect the total amount of $785 million.
The additional revenues will be available to projects that meet program criteria and the program’s statutory obligations. SGC will reserve and rollover into future funding rounds any revenues not expended under the amended NOFA.
