Published:

The Strategic Growth Council (SGC) is pleased to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking technical assistance (TA) providers to provide implementation assistance to Round 1 Regional Climate Collaboratives Grantees.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) establishes a competitive process for selecting an experienced Contractor team who can develop a robust and thoughtful approach to provide the Grantees with implementation technical assistance. The implementation assistance is comprised of three components:

  • Operational Activities: Support the R1 Grantees with developing, refining, and maintaining their Collaborative’s structure, systems, and processes as well as to help foster and sustain their partnerships.
  • Evaluation: Provide R1 Grantees an Evaluation Framework and assist grantees in creating and implementing their individualized Evaluation Plans, which will enable Collaboratives to assess their progress in advancing the RCC Program Objectives.
  • Peer-to-Peer Learning: Facilitate quarterly networking and training sessions, which provides a platform for collective learning and problem-solving between R1 Grantees throughout the grant term.

The deadline to submit proposals is Monday, November 21, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. PST.
