The staff of the California Strategic Growth Council (SGC) are pleased to invite public comment on the Draft Round 2 Regional Climate Collaboratives (RCC) Program Guidelines. The RCC Program supports under-resourced communities in building the capacity to secure and implement funding for climate change mitigation and adaptation projects. The public comment period runs from March 15, 2023, to April 15, 2023.
The Draft Round 2 RCC Guidelines incorporate feedback RCC Program staff received during the Program’s first round of funding, including feedback from an applicant survey. Submit feedback by the April 15, 2023 due date to inform a final version of the guidelines, which SGC staff will post on the RCC webpage in mid-June in advance of SGC’s public meeting on June 29, 2023.
