Draft Guidelines
The Factory-Built Housing Pre-Development Program is accepting public comment on its Draft Guidelines until March 22, 2024. Public Comments should be submitted in writing.
Submitting Public Comment
Commenters are encouraged to submit public comment using the Public Comment Survey as a guide. The survey is designed to solicit not just concerns and feedback on the Draft Guidelines, but also stakeholder suggestions for how to improve the Program.

Attend an upcoming Public Webinar or Workshop
The public comment process will include a series of workshops and webinars to provide virtual, as well as in-person, forums for further stakeholder engagement with the program.
