The staff of the California Strategic Growth Council (SGC) Community Resilience Centers (CRC) Program is pleased to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking technical assistance (TA) providers. TA providers will provide application assistance and capacity-building support to those applying for round 1 funding of the CRC Program.
The purpose of the TA program is to support eligible applicants from priority communities to prepare and submit competitive applications. TA providers will focus on supporting applicants from under-resourced communities including unincorporated communities, rural communities, community-based organizations, and California Native American tribes. TA providers will help applicants understand and meet program requirements, form partnerships, conduct collective visioning, and develop viable, competitive projects.
