The application window for RCC Round 2 is now open. Applicants should carefully read the program guidelines, Notice of Funding Availability, and application instructions before starting an application. Application Process

RCC Round 2 has a two-step application process, both of which are required.

Pre-Proposals submission date closed Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 5 p.m. PST

The Pre-Proposal is a simplified version of the Full Proposal and contains the following components:

• Narrative Responses
• Workbook (includes high-level workplan and budget)
• Project Area Map

Pre-Proposals are not scored. Instead, SGC will provide written feedback to help applicants strengthen their Full Proposal.

Submitting a Pre-Proposal is required to move forward to the Full Proposal phase. Applicants must submit their Pre-Proposal on SGC’s Submittable platform.

Full Proposals due Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 5 p.m. PST.

The Full Proposal builds upon the Pre-Proposal and provides more detail about the proposed project. Full Proposals contain the following components:

• Narrative Responses
• Workbook (includes detailed workplan, budget, and timeline)
• Project Area Map
• Draft Partnership Agreement
• Managing Partner Resolution or Letter of Authorization
• Letters of Commitment from each Partner

Full Proposals are scored using the criteria provided in the program guidelines, starting on page 19.

Applicants must submit the Full Proposal on Submittable.
